REPORT ON THE MISUSE
OF STAFF HOUSE-BUILDING LOAN IN TWO CASES
We
are extremely sorry to report that two of our employees have been involved in
diverting fund of staff house-building loan for their personal benefits instead
of using the loan in house building.
After
learning about the deviation of fund the undersigned formed a two-member
committee to probe into the matter and submit a report.
According
to the report of the probing committee one Mr. Ramesh Chandra Adhikari, our
cashier, invested the loan fund amounting Taka Two lac fifty thousand with his
brother who is a goldsmith and one Mr. Jalal Ahmed, our Senior Officer,
invested the loan fund mounting Taka Four lac and seventy-five thousand in
share business of Dhaka Stock Market. Both the officials are reported to be
negligent to their duties, as they always remain busy talking to people over
telephone about their business activities.
In
such circumstances it is imperative to initiate disciplinary proceedings
against the aforementioned officials of our Branch.

proceedings against the alleged personnel who misused their staff house
building loans.
