Q1. Draft a notice of the
general meeting of the company detailing the points elaborately about
increasing the paid up capital, changing the face value of shares, record date,
attendance/ proxy and all other related matters.
Q2. After ‘on the spot’ inspection
of the teagarden and its factory, prepare a detailed report supporting the loan
application for Tk.5 crores.
Q3. From the point of view of an entrepreneur,
prepare detailed project profile for fishery and seasonal cultivation of fruits
and vegetables on a plot of land of 10 acre.
Q4. Draft a speech for the
managing director of your bank to be delivered at the inaugural session of an
international banking seminar.
Q5. Draft a work order from your
bank to printers for printing calendar and diary for the next year.
Q6. Write a letter to the CEO of a
bank in the U.K. requesting him to pay his personal attention in the matter of
non-realization of proceeds of some export bills of your bank.
Q7. Write a letter to the Deputy
Governor of Bangladesh Bank to consider the matter of taking call money with
incredible high rate which adversely affects the economy of the country.
Q8. Draft a report for the
immediate consideration of the Central Bank for the development of the present
economy of Bangladesh.
